Application fee: 50 EUR non-refundable
Application deadline for the programmes starting in September: the 15th of April
Required Documents:
For ALL Applicants:
- application form
- portfolio – – containing 5-10 artwork in one pdf, max size 5 Mb
- Resume
- Certificate or proof of citizenship and/or permanent residence(e.g. passport copy)
- Motivation letter
- Certificate of Education- the certified copy of the original AND translation into English
- Secondary school leaving certificate for the BA and OTM programmes
- Bachelor degree for the MA programmes
- Master degree for the DLA programme
- Proof of Language Proficiency – B2 or equivalent
Bank receipt about the transfer of the application fee has to be submitted by email until the online interview.
ONLY for non-EU/EGT Applicants in addition to the above mentioned:
- Medical Statement
- To start their studies, non EU/EGT applicants must participate and send the result of medical examination in Hungary
For DLA applicants in addition to the above-mentioned:
- Certificate of Masters Degree
- Acceptance letter of Supervisor at HUFA
- Research Plan – for the first 2 years of the doctoral programme
- Detailed Professional Resume
- Official Certificate of Good Conduct https://delhi.mfa.gov.hu/eng/page/Applying-for-an-Official-Certificate-of-Good-Conduct
Application procedure:
STEP 1. Fill in and submit the online application form and the required documents by deadline.
No applications sent after the deadline will be evaluated.
STEP 2: Transfer the 50 EUR non-refundable application fee and send the bank receipt to admission@mke.hu
STEP 3: Wait for the email about the date and time of the online interview.
All the applicants must participate in an online interview. In some cases more than one online interviews may be arranged as part of the selection process.
STEP 4: You will be informed about being accepted/rejected before 15 June.
Accepted students receive information about further steps via email.
!!! For students who need to apply for a Visa: Please note that the Acceptance letter (needed for Visa application) is issued only after the payment of the tuition fee for the first two semesters of the respective degree programme.
